The Longevity Voyage

Together with our partner LONGEVITY TRAVEL, we have created two exceptional voyages dedicated to the topic of longevity. The focus is on movement and recovery, nutrition and sleep, stress management and social connection.

What does longevity mean?

Longevity is about far more than simply living as long as possible. At its heart lies the question of how we can spend as many years of our lives as possible in good health, staying active and enjoying a high quality of life.

There is no single miracle solution. Healthy ageing – something we can lay the foundations for early in life – is shaped by the interplay of several factors: restorative sleep, regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, mindful stress management, strong social connections and medically informed preventive care.

The Longevity Voyage brings these connections to life in an accessible and inspiring way. Rather than following rigid rules, you will gain personal guidance and practical inspiration that can be adapted to your own life.

Why longevity under sail?
In everyday life, many of us already know that we could do more for our health and wellbeing. What is often missing is the time, space and opportunity to make a meaningful start.
Under sail, your rhythm changes almost naturally. The sea opens up new perspectives, the wind slows the pace and the unique atmosphere on board creates space for new thoughts. This sense of distance from everyday life makes the SEA CLOUD SPIRIT an ideal setting in which to reflect on your health and your future. You decide for yourself how deeply you would like to engage with the programme. A lecture, a health assessment, a personal conversation, yoga in the morning sun or simply discovering a new approach to food can already be the beginning of lasting change.

From knowledge to personal guidance

Included in your voyage:

  • Exceptional culinary experiences – from buffets on the Lido Deck to four-course dinners in the evening, complemented by the principles of modern longevity-focused nutrition
  • Expert talks on longevity and personal conversations covering prevention, sleep and recovery, movement and strength, nutrition, stress management and inner balance
  • Daily movement and mindfulness sessions, such as yoga in the morning sun, Pilates, meditation and breathing exercises
  • Additionally in the Caribbean: water sports equipment, including snorkelling gear and stand-up paddleboards
  • Fitness studio with sea views, sauna and spa area, with optional treatments available

Dr. Thomas Voit

Dr Thomas Voit accompanies The Longevity Voyage as a physician specialising in prevention, physical performance and healthy ageing. As team physician for the German Basketball Federation’s youth national teams, he brings many years of experience in high-performance sport.
Through lectures and personal conversations, he makes modern preventive healthcare accessible and relevant to the individual needs and circumstances of each guest. Upon request, he also offers personal medical assessments, reviews of blood test results brought on board by guests, selected measurements, individual consultations and medically supervised treatments. His aim is to make the connections behind health and wellbeing easier to understand and to provide well-founded guidance for each guest’s personal health journey.
The pillars of a longer, healthier life
Sleep and recovery

Good sleep is one of the most important foundations for physical recovery, mental performance and long-term health. You will discover how sleep, stress and our daily rhythms interact, as well as simple changes that can help improve recovery.

Movement and strength

Physical activity does more than maintain fitness. It supports mobility, metabolism, cognitive performance and independence well into later life.

Yoga in the morning sun, mobility sessions, personal training (available at an additional charge) and guided activities ashore demonstrate how movement can be incorporated into everyday life in a way that is both effective and enjoyable.

Nutrition and enjoyment

Longevity-focused nutrition is not about restriction. The emphasis is on high-quality ingredients, giving the body what it needs and enjoying food consciously.

On board, guests will also find a selection of dishes inspired by the principles of modern longevity nutrition: fresh, balanced and full of flavour.

Stress and inner balance

Chronic stress can affect sleep, energy levels, concentration and physical wellbeing. Life under sail naturally creates a sense of distance from everyday routines.

Breathing exercises, yoga, mindful breaks and the vastness of the sea can help you reconnect with your own natural rhythm.

Social connection

Social connection is an often underestimated part of living a long and healthy life. Shared experiences, personal conversations and connecting with people who have similar interests add another meaningful dimension to the voyage.

What is Longevity Travel?

Longevity Travel was founded by Heike Schiller and Markus Havermann with the aim of combining exceptional travel experiences with well-founded inspiration for health, energy and quality of life.
Rather than offering standardised programmes, Longevity Travel places each individual at the centre, taking their personal interests, circumstances and goals into account. Longevity Travel carefully selects distinctive travel experiences, medical partners and health-focused services and brings them together to create a coherent overall concept. On board, Heike Schiller and Markus Havermann personally accompany guests, facilitate conversations and help bridge the gap between the insights gained during the voyage and their integration into everyday life.
