Dr. Peter Cressy
Dr. Peter Cressy is a retired US Navy Rear Admiral and an educator with a
distinguished career in leadership and public service. He served 28 years in the Navy, holding command and senior staff positions before transitioning to academia, where he became President of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and later Chancellor of University of Massachusetts. Cressy also led the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) as its President and CEO, advocating for responsible alcohol consumption and industry standards. In recent years, he has focused on executive leadership training, serving as Director of Executive Leadership Programs at the George Washington Leadership Institute.
