Terranova Cycling and Culture Program

The total distance of the 6 cycling and walking days is 166 km. You cycle and hike mainly on gravel paths, forest trails and low-traffic roads. The hike is partly on coastal paths and takes approx. 2.5 hours.

Culinary excellence holds a prominent place at the China Club Berlin. The "Signature" restaurant presents Chinese haute cuisine with Pan-Asian influences in an authentic setting. Heading the kitchen since the club's opening is Executive Chef Tam Kok Kong (58) from Singapore, renowned as one of Asia's top chefs. Born in Malaysia, after his basic training in Kuala Lumpur, he moved to Singapore, where he managed four of his own restaurants, including the gourmet haven "Jade," after stints in luxury hotels and upscale dining. Few Asian gourmet chefs on the European continent match his skill in blending traditional Chinese specialties with Southeast Asian and Western flavors. On the relaxed atmosphere of the Lido Deck, you'll savor some of his dishes that have already attained cult status.
