The kitchen serves up a diverse range of delicious dishes throughout the day. Our head chefs relish to offer their culinary delights to our guests - from early morning until late at night. As you enjoy our vast breakfast buffet, our kitchen staff will already be busy preparing a selection of lunchtime delicacies, as well as the pièce de résistance - the evening menu. The range of food on offer will include daily regional specialities and our menu will, of course, always propose a vegetarian option. While a lunchtime buffet awaits you each day - sometimes against the more casual backdrop of the lido deck if the weather is nice - the evening meal is served in a more elegant setting in our restaurant and includes a four-course menu featuring a selection of dishes. The icing on the cake is the gala dinner - a five-course feast!

Our top-quality wines are sourced from the best vineyards and the finest cellars. Each year our sommelier seeks out the latest tastes and visits prestigious wine growers, putting together a new selection of wines for each season to be served to our guests on board. Those who like to enjoy a good wine with their meal will be sure to relish our range of wines - each one specially chosen to suit our menus and included in the cruise rate. Of course we also offer a selection of à la carte wines which are available at additional cost.

Enjoyment is personal - it can mean different things at different times for every one of our guests. That is why our service team has developed a seventh sense: They can gauge the exact mood, meet the highest of demands and exceed all expectations. Each one of our staff feels it is their duty to treat our guests to a completely personalised experience. All of our managerial staff have been trained at the finest culinary and hospitality institutes, and many of our crew have been working together for several years. They all speak German and English - some of them also speak a third language - and they all possess one unique quality: warmth which comes from the heart. They are the life and soul of all our ships and add a very special touch to our on-board service.
