Change of route for the SEA CLOUD

In Winter 2011/12 our destination is the Lesser Antilles instead of Egypt and the Red Sea. Due to ongoing political uncertainty in Egypt, windjammer legend the SEA CLOUD will change its route as of 16 November 2011. Cruises to Egypt and the Red Sea were planned from this date. Instead the SEA CLOUD will make a transatlantic crossing from Lisbon to Antigua and spend the winter months in the Lesser Antilles.

Until 16 November 2011 inclusive, all cruises with the SEA CLOUD remain unchanged. After participation in the Port of Hamburg birthday celebrations, a few taster trips in the North Sea and a trip to England, the SEA CLOUD will spend the summer and autumn in the western and eastern Mediterranean as well as the Adriatic. The Mediterranean season concludes with a cruise from Larnaca in Cyprus to Piraeus in Greece from 16 - 23 November 2011. Between 2 December 2011 and 18 December 2011 the windjammer legend will cross the Atlantic following the route taken by Columbus.
